I don't know how to start; I’ve been trying for days not to write about this, but I can't help it—I can't just overlook the horrible experience I had at this dentist's office. a week ago From the moment I arrived for the appointment with my two kids, that their ages are 4 and 8 years old... the receptionist spoke to me very rudely. She asked if I had filled out the forms online; I told her I’d been trying for three days but it wasn't working—and I even showed her that it wasn't working. She said, "I'll give you the papers, but we aren't going to do this anymore," and she said it in a really rude way. It has always been known that my child is autistic; that is in his records and was noted on the paperwork I filled out that day, yet no one paid attention to it. She had already started cleaning my child's teeth, and it was difficult; she showed some patience when she saw him becoming unmanageable. I told her, "He is autistic," and she replied, "Oh, I didn't know." My children became agitated and ran out; I chased after them and managed to bring them back inside. 2 years in a row that they have canceled my childrens appointments and would notify through text, no call to reschedule or anything. The cancellations were always made within the week of the appointments which does not help with work schedules especially when they are scheduled 6 months out. They always have an attitude when you call regarding rescheduling. I was also told my kids would get canceled because they had their adult teeth but age wise they were pediatric (10-14 years old). I took my children here since they were toddlers and they were amazing. Unfortunately they have gotten worse the past couple of years. Many friends of mine have also gone through the same recently. This is so sad! This was a wonderful place to take your kids for dentristry.

We had a wonderful experience at Children’s Dental Health for my son’s appointment on June 2nd. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made him feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The dental team was patient, gentle, and took the time to explain everything in a way that helped ease any nerves. The office was clean, organized, and very kid-friendly. My son left feeling happy and confident about his visit, which says a lot! We truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of everyone we interacted with. Thank you for providing such excellent care—we look forward to coming back for future appointments.

I had the best experience today. Susan & Dr Layla was so friendly, helpful and kind. My daughter did wonderful but my son was very nervous and fought the whole time. They made me feel better about it and did what they could. I love how it was so kid friendly - the jungle theme, coloring pages and kids movie playing was awesome!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE – A Complete Lack of Respect and Professionalism ​I cannot emphasize this enough: avoid this practice at all costs. If I could give zero stars, I would. My recent experience was an absolute nightmare, and as a parent, I feel it is my duty to warn others before they make the mistake of trusting this office with their children’s care. ​Zero Communication, Zero Accountability ​We arrived for a standard cleaning, only to be left sitting in the waiting room indefinitely. There was no explanation, no update, and not a single word of apology for the massive delay. It became very clear that had we not finally approached the front desk to demand an update, they likely would have never called us back at all. To be ignored while sitting right in front of them is beyond insulting. ​Unrealistic Expectations for Young Children ​I was there with my 4 and 5-year-old. Anyone who has children this age knows that "waiting" is a challenge even in the best circumstances. To expect toddlers to remain contained and calm for nearly three hours in total is not just unprofessional—it’s delusional. The staff showed zero empathy for the situation they created. ​Incredibly Slow
